Vanderbilt Gulfside Condominium Association is a resident owned condominium located at the northern end of Gulf Shore Drive directly on Vanderbilt Beach (view map). Here are some noteworthy facts about Vanderbilt Gulfside:
- Built in 1980-1981 on the spacious 8 acre tract of land, today by far the largest and most valuable condominium beach-front property in the North Naples district.
- There are 2 buildings with 71 units per building.
- Both buildings have 15 floors consisting of 5 units per floor plus 2 upper penthouses.
- All units face the Gulf of Mexico. One of our many unique features is each building being angled slightly different to the Gulf.
